Meet The Owner AT HD ROOFING AND REPAIRS
Don Richardson
Don grew up in Florida where he flourished as an entrepreneurial young adult. First starting in the service industry, Don consulted and managed restaurant establishments, opening up many restaurants up and down the coast of Florida. Gradually moving out of the service industry, Don dove into the real estate market before moving to Austin, Texas in 1993. In Texas, Don specialized in buying and selling properties and flipping and renovating homes before learning the trade of roofing. He understood the need in the roofing industry for honest and dependable contractors and built his new business on those core values alone.
For the past 27 years, HD Roofing and Repairs has evolved and grown into the largest family-owned roofing company in the Austin area. HD’s primary goals focus on delivering professional and knowledgeable roofing services to the surrounding communities of Austin. Don’s family-owned business is committed to providing quality services and tradesmanship while educating and training the next generation of Austin, Texas roofing professionals.

NICK RICHARDSON
Roofing advisor / Sales Representative
Nick attended Texas State University and played football at East Texas Baptist University. He is a die-hard Longhorn fan who enjoys playing golf and fishing on the weekends. Nick has been with HD Roofing for over 3 years. You can count on him to be punctual and time efficient.
ALEX RICHARDSON
roofing adviser/SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Alex Graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Economics. Born and raised in Austin, Texas. Went to Mcneil high school. Second generation roofer. In his free time Alex likes to go on hikes with his dog Luna. You can find Alex chilling at point venture beach throughout the summer.
HAYDEN COOPER
Roofing Advisor/ Sales Manager
Hayden grew up in the Austin area. He spent some of his time at Oklahoma Panhandle State, Trinity Valley Community College, and Austin Community College to study Industrial Technology. You can find him cheering on the Cowboys and Longhorns on the weekends. He enjoys golfing, basketball, fishing, and live music. Hayden has been with HD Roofing and Repairs since 2018. You can count on Hayden to do what he says he’ll do, when he says he’ll do it, and will always look out for the customers best interest moving forward.
MICHAEL PARTAIN
Roofing advisor/ Sales REPRESENTATIVE
Michael was born down in the Valley and is from Harlingen, Texas. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his 1-year-old baby boy, Lennox. Michael has been with HD Roofing for 2 years. You can count on him to be honest and reliable when handling your roofing needs.
CHRISTIAN MAAS

Christian was born in New Braunfels, Texas. He enjoys golf, mountain biking, wakeskating, and fishing in his spare time. Christian has been with HD Roofing for a couple of years. He is honest and respectful, and you can count on him to be hard-working and dedicated to the task at hand.

Adam was born and raised in Austin, Texas and attended McNeil High school. On the weekends Adam enjoys going to the lake and golfing. Adam has been with HD Roofing for 1 year but has over 3 years experience in the roofing industry specializing in insurance claims.
ISAIAH FLAHERTY
Roofing advisor/ Project Manager
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Isaiah brings Texas pride and passion for quality work to HD Roofing. You can find Isiah cheering on the Texas Longhorns or doing something in the outdoors – Whether he’s hunting, fishing, snowboarding, or soaking up the sun on Lake Travis. Isiah values time with loved ones and embraces every opportunity for adventure.
